Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Napa and the wine country, offering a great base for a trip to Napa Valley. The service stands out for its warm welcome, especially from staff members like Rico, Sharmine, Christina, Rosemary, and others. However, the rooms might not be ready until later in the day, and the location is slightly distant from the main wineries and town area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, much better than a standard hotel room. However, the ongoing balcony construction took away the chance to enjoy the pool or outdoor patio.
The hotel is located in a big office park 5 miles south of downtown Napa, which is a bit far from the main wineries and town area. However, I loved the setting and the resort offers a great place to spend New Years with several onsite parties. The room had an insane lighting setup allowing the shared bathroom light to control the bedroom lighting, but unfortunately, there were mice present in the suite.
